When will I receive payment for my work hours?

Pay Day is every other Friday.

How is my rate of pay determined?

You are paid based upon your agreed upon pay rate per assignment.

How are my work hours recorded? Will I have a time sheet?

Timesheets document your breaks and work hours. We use them to pay you and bill the client.

  • Promptly turn in after your shift
  • Accurately record your time worked
  • Take your breaks

Will I have the opportunity to work at various locations?

Experience builds a well-rounded practitioner. If you want variety in your career, Asereth can provide the freedom to learn in different environments. Individuals working in various sites and settings easily adapt to the new environment. Working with a variety of professionals enables you to learn how each pharmacy is managed. This is an advantage that can only help you to succeed.

What credentials do I need to apply with Asereth?

We check the following:

  • Licensure
  • References
  • Drug Testing
  • Background checks

My travel assignment is ending soon. What should I do?

Before the assignment ends make sure to be confirmed for your new assignment even if you plan on taking time in-between assignments.

How is sick time handled for the state of California

  • Accrue 1 hour for every 30 hours worked
  • Max cap of 48 hours accrued
  • 3 days or 24 hours allowed to be used within a 12 month period
  • Begins to accrue upon hire and may be used after 90 days
  • Based on Fiscal Calendar year July to June 30th
  • For State of California
